Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Mentoring Services

§1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and providing mentoring services via the website mentoring.net.pl.
- The services are provided by:

hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”. - A Client may be:
- a natural person with full legal capacity,
- an entrepreneur,
- a person acting on behalf of a company.
- These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the website and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Client.
§2. Scope of Services
- The Service Provider offers mentoring services in the form of:
- individual online meetings,
- mentoring programs,
- session packages,
- other services indicated on the website.
- Meetings are conducted remotely (e.g., via an online communication platform).
- The detailed scope, price, and duration of each service are specified each time on the website or in an offer presented to the Client.
- Mentoring is educational and developmental in nature and does not constitute:
- legal advisory services,
- tax advisory services,
- medical services or psychotherapy,
unless explicitly stated otherwise.
§3. Conclusion of the Agreement
- The agreement is concluded at the moment the Client makes the payment.
- The purchase is made by:
- selecting the service,
- making an online payment.
- After payment, the Client receives an electronic confirmation of the purchase.
§4. Payments
- Payments are processed via the payment operator:
- Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
- Available payment methods include in particular:
- BLIK,
- instant bank transfers,
- card payments,
- other methods made available by the operator.
- The service provision begins after the payment has been credited.
§5. Service Provision
- The date of the meeting or access to the service is agreed individually with the Client or via a private messaging system.
- The Client is obliged to attend the meeting on time or review the training materials available at mentoring.net.pl.
- In the event of the Client’s delay, the session time will not be extended.
- If the Client does not attend the meeting and fails to notify about their absence, the session shall be considered completed.
§6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
- The Client may reschedule the meeting and access to mentoring.net.pl no later than 24 hours before its start time.
- Rescheduling within a shorter period may be considered as service completion.
- If the Service Provider cancels the meeting, a new date will be proposed or the payment will be refunded.
§7. Withdrawal, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal
- The services offered on the website are digital services or services performed to the Client’s individual order (mentoring, consultations, booking a date).
- By making a purchase, the Client:
- agrees to the commencement of service provision before the expiry of 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement,
- acknowledges that after the service provision has begun, they lose the right to withdraw from the agreement,
- accepts that no refund is available after the purchase has been made.
- In the case of services involving the reservation of a specific date, the commencement of service provision occurs at the moment of:
- gaining access to materials available on the platform, or
- the Service Provider undertaking preparatory actions to perform the service.
- After the commencement of service provision, no refund shall be granted, except where the Service Provider is unable to perform the service for reasons attributable to them.
- Failure by the Client to use the purchased service does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- In the case of session packages:
- the package fee is nonrefundable,
- unused sessions are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary funds.
- The provisions of this section do not exclude consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law; however, to the extent permitted by law, the Parties exclude the possibility of withdrawal from the agreement once the service provision has begun.
§8. Complaints
- Complaints may be submitted via email to: [email protected].
- A complaint should include:
- full name,
- description of the issue,
- date of the service.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
§9. Invoices
- An invoice shall be issued upon the Client’s request.
- To receive an invoice, the Client must provide invoice details during the purchase process or via email.
§10. Liability
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide services with due diligence.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for decisions made by the Client based on the information provided.
- The results of mentoring depend on the Client’s level of engagement.
§11. Personal Data
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at mentoring.net.pl.
- The Service Provider is the data controller.
§12. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
- In matters not regulated herein, the following provisions shall apply:
- the Civil Code,
- the Act on Consumer Rights,
- the GDPR.
- Disputes shall be resolved by the competent common court.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is published on the website.
